Larry Gavin Poetry Reading

April 28 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Minneota Public Library, Opera Hall

Fly-Fishing and Poetry… Join us on Thursday, April 28, at 7:00 p.m. in the Minneota Opera Hall — upstairs of the Minneota Library — to hear Larry Gavin (Poet, Outdoorsman, former Teacher) read his poetry. Larry hails from Fairbault, MN. He was a former writing student at Southwest State University after first attending St. John’s University in Collegeville, MN. He spent many years as a high school English teacher as a side to his real vocations — the love of writing poetry and hunting and fishing in the outdoors.

This event is free and open to the public.
